Whenever a makeup artist comes to Vancouver to work, and I happen to be on the same show, the first thing I do is to give them my list of suppliers. Sometimes I even email it, so they can have it before they arrive here!
My list includes not only makeup suppliers from Vancouver and LA but all the other things that we all need to know in order to do our job. Facial hair and wig makers, tattoos etc. Dermatologists, plastic surgeons and where to get the best Botox intown.
Everyone that has ever assisted/worked with me has this list and it’s our Bible during production. I also give one to the production coordinator so they know where the supplies are coming from.
So, that got me thinking 
…..wouldn’t it be great to have a Makeup Suppliers List that includes almost every country in the world where movies are made?
So, I’m here asking for your help…Would you please exchange with me your suppliers list? Or, can you tell me where in your city, country do you get all your supplies and services from, including as well makeup schools and unions / affiliations. The best Facial, massage etc.
Or if you want to be the contact in your area / country, just let us know.
That would help all of us, when we travel for work and need to be in the know!!!!.
