Last year when I was hired to design Tron Legacy… I had the pleasure to meet Kabuki.. He’s work has fascinated and inspired me for a few years now…seeing it all over the international and very expensive fashion magazines, tearing sheets from them…all of his work… Kabuki had been hired to design some looks, long before I came along (originally I wasn’t available to do the movie) trailers.apple.com/trailers/disney/tronlegacy……………when we met in LA to talk about the looks and do some tests, my research pages of ideas for the characters was of his work from a recent fashion show …on GAP Express Magazine….He was pleased and we were on the “same page’ haha…We got-on like a house on fire as they say..
