Behind the Scenes on the Tron Legacy Set

beau wired mag

I’ve been living in the world of Tron all over again…We wrapped the show in June 2009…this last  month I’ve been totally occupied with Tron-Legacy….and it has been great. All the attention interviews and questions have been a bit over whelming as I’m not use to it but….I must say I enjoyed it!!!.

Much has been said and written about the Makeup “looks” and choices attached to those looks….. (check out my other posts)

Olivia Wilde’s Make-up
Tron for me was an experience of a life time, where I was given the opportunity to design a virtual (makeup) world. It was unknown, all the elements to consider, something that I hadn’t dealt with before….the 3D…blue screen…the unknown was very challenging. All and all I love it…we all worked very hard , shooting days, were never less than 16hours…weekends were non existent…I remember one day realizing that I was on my 20th hour…on a Monday. I would not change it for the world, great experience, very talented people to work with, lovely cast and to all the makeup artist that contributed to the show a big thank you!!! :) `My assistant Leah did an amazing job, as well Shannon , Leslie and Rex…and so many others …..Yes I would do it all over again…and I might, next year…..Here are some photos from behind the scenes….

I think you did a wonderful job on Tron! The make-up was absolutely perfect in my opinion. I'm an aspiring make-up artist and if I can be half as good as you I'll be happy :)
